94 Years Young: A Creative Life Well Lived

What does a life well-lived really look like?

In this heartfelt mini-episode, I sit down for a spontaneous chat with someone who knows a thing or two about it, my grandma. In this short but meaningful interlude, my grandma shares her reflections on aging with purpose, the value of staying active, and how creativity weaves its way into everyday life. We talk about the joy of hands-on hobbies, the legacy of making things with care, and her beautiful, simple secret to happiness: gratitude, faith, and community.

It’s a gentle reminder that creativity doesn’t always look like art — sometimes, it’s in the way we live, love, and connect.

This episode is a gift from me to my mum💗

Thank you for listening!
