Today, we’re joined by Emily Labbate, a true jack of all trades who’s turned her passion into her new career. Most recently, Emily was training to become a solicitor specialising in commercial property, but the relentless grind, combined with studying and earning just above minimum wage, left her feeling out of balance and disconnected from her family. So, what did she do? She took a brave leap in January this year to focus solely on her side hustle — property development. Just six months in, Emily has already completed her first solo project and is close to completing her second!
