Reclaim the Map - YOU are the destination
Welcome to this week's episode with guest Live Happy Coach, Beth Wilson (@livehappy_coach on Instagram)
Beth has three main passions in life - helping people, creativity and spreading happiness. She is a Digital Comms Manager for national charity Home-Start UK. She’s also a life coach offering 1:1 coaching and creative play through workshops. Each workshop has a creative twist, think vision boards, scrapbooking and collaging. The workshops bring people together and encourage interesting conversation. Beth recently took on a challenge to write a poem everyday for 100 days, so a published poetry book is the next goal. You can usually find Beth reading, journaling, doing yoga, creating and exploring.
Key discussion points:
- The power of intentional language to set the tone for your day and using affirmations as a tool for mindset shifts
- Redefining what happiness means for you and letting go of external expectations
- Turning routine into a source of grounding and gratitude and
- Poetry as a path to healing and understanding and the courage it takes to be seen in your creative work
- Creating boundaries and intention in digital spaces and following accounts that uplift, not drain, your energy.
