She holds a Level 4 qualification in Strength and Conditioning, a Women’s Coaching Specialist Certification (GGS 2024), a Certificate in Nutrition specialising in Optimum Nutrition for Health and Performance, and a Level 3 in Personal Training and Gym Instructing. Her mission: to empower clients to achieve their fitness goals through thoughtful, measured, and science-based coaching.
