What's shame got to do with it?

Trigger warning: This episode contains explicit discussions about sex, including references to sexual experiences, intimacy, consent, and adult themes. Listener discretion is advised, especially for those who may be sensitive to sexual content. This episode is intended for mature audiences only.

What if the thing you’re most embarrassed about… isn’t actually yours to carry?

In this bonus episode, we spend seven minutes unpacking shame: where it comes from, why it sticks, and how it quietly shapes our sex lives, relationships, and sense of self.
