How to find your joy!

Welcome to this week's episode with special guest, Joy Coach Leah Evans (@Leahevansfindyourjoy on Instagram)

Mum of 3, dancing enthusiast, feeder, over sharer, energy bringer. I was a teacher for 20 years, until last year I handed in my resignation to be a Joy Coach. Now I’m on a joy mission, reminding people they matter and so does their joy. In essence I’m a ‘joy spreader.’ Encouraging people to love loudly and live life with the lid off!

Key discussion points:

  • Finding joy in everyday moments and the reality of navigating motherhood
  • The importance of authentic connections and the power of dance
  • Creating joyful habits that support personal growth

Thank you for listening!

Stay wild x
