How to live a creative life, with Tricia Duffy
Welcome to this week's episode pf The Wilderness of Creativity with fellow podcaster and polymath, Tricia Duffy (@Intenyearstime on Instagram)
Tricia Duffy is a polymath! She’s a media consultant, podcaster, public speaker, songwriter and singer. Based in West London, and originally hailing from Portsmouth, Tricia Duffy started her career working as an entertainer on cruise ships in the United States. After several years at sea, she began a second career in TV, working at IMG, Sky, BBC and 2012 she founded strategy consulting firm Lily Grey. In 2017 she began writing and performing her own songs first with Americana duo Duffy & Bird and later via her solo project Little Lore. In 2023 she became the United Kingdom Chapter Coordinator for NSAI (Nashville Songwriters Association International). Alongside her solo artist project Little Lore, Tricia writes with other artists and for television and film. In Ten Years Time was created when Tricia was seeking to encompass the duality of her consulting identity with her songwriting.
